When you speak about Irene Guerreiro, you see immediately her pony tale and her typical long range very efficient shot. At nearly 38 years old, she accepted a new challenge when she signed in 2007 for Inter-Clube after 9 years at Primero de Agosto. This brought immediate effect since she won a MVP title for herself and a championship for her new club! Irene is a monument of Angolan basketball, very charismatic, hard on defence, she will never hesitate to take open shots. It will be probably her last appearance with Angolan National Team.
