Veteran guard Soberon is making her comeback with the National Team after missing the 2007 summer because of a leg injury. The guard played only few games with her team, Union Florida, this season and everyone in Argentina is hoping that little by little, she will return to the kind of form that made her one of the side’s most influential players at the 2006 FIBA World Championship. In Brazil, she was a starter at point guard and the third leading scorer of the squad at10.3 points per game behind Vega and Rios. Her game vision and, above all, her cool head when games hang in the balance make her an indispensible part of Eduardo Pinto’s National Team.
